Where defects actually come from
Leak complaints almost always trace back to one of three things: an over-torqued centre post, a seal that sat in a hot container, or a fill volume pushed past the design limit. We cap fill volume slightly below maximum for exactly that reason.
A 0.5 percent defect rate sounds excellent until it lands on a 600 unit order and you are handling three returns in a week. We quote realistic rates per category and we credit in advance for the known failure modes.

Reading a quotation properly
We publish a realistic band of 2.71 to 8.15 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Currency moves more than most buyers expect over a twelve month supply plan. We quote in USD and hold the price for 30 days from confirmation so your margin calculation is not guesswork.
